LAMONI - At the conclusion of the Heart of America Athletic Conference (Heart) Cross Country Championships earlier this month, Graceland had three individuals earn All-Conference recognition.  For the women, Keagan Perkins earned 1st Team and Grace Stewart earned Honorable Mention.  In addition, Dillon Grover earned 1st Team in the Heart for the men.
